- 2 c. raisins
- 2 c. water
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. vinegar
Directions

1Bring raisins and water to boil.

2Cook 10 to 15 minutes.

3Mix and add sugar and cornstarch to cooked raisins.

4Then add remaining ingredients.

5Pour into unbaked pie shell; cover with top crust.

6Dot with margarine.

7Bake 15 minutes at 425°.

8Turn oven to 375° and bake until brown.
