- 2 c. seedless raisins
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Cover raisins an inch or so over the top with water.

2Cook until good and plump over low heat.

3Mix together sugar, salt, cinnamon and flour. Add enough water to make it like a thickening for gravy.

4Stir into raisins and continue cooking over low heat until thick.

5Pour into a 9-inch pie crust and make a lattice top. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon and sugar and bake at 350° until golden.
