  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 c. water
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon

    Combine raisins, water and lemon juice in pan; bring to a boil.

    Add enough juice from raisins to make a smooth paste.

    Add to raisins and cook, stirring constantly, until clear and thickened.
