- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. light cream
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except nutmeg in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.

2Mix thoroughly.

3Place casserole in pan filled 1 inch deep with hot water.

4Bake at 350° for 55 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted halfway comes out clean.

5Sprinkle nutmeg over top.

6Serve warm or cold.
