- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/4 grated lemon
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Cook the raisins in water; set aside.

2Add brown sugar, mustard and cornstarch and slowly stir in the vinegar, lemon rind and lemon juice.

3In 1 1/2 cups of water, cook until thick, then add raisins and butter.

4Cook over low heat.
