Raisin Walnut Pie

  • 2 c. raisins
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 eggs (whites only)
  • 3/4 c. walnuts
  • 1 uncooked pie shell
  • 1/2 pt. whipped cream, with 4 Tbsp. sugar added
  • 1 shot Bailey's brandy

Directions

    Mix together first 7 items.

    Pour into an uncooked pie shell. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 350° or until toothpick comes out clean.

    Top with whipped cream flavored brandy.

    Serve warm.
