  • 1 pkg. raisins (1 lb.) or 1 1/2 boxes
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice or vinegar

Directions

    Cook raisins, stir once in a while until thick (if too thin, add a little more flour).

    Pour into pie crust (use small cookie pan), top with crust, pinch top and bottom crust together at edges.

    Bake at 425° until golden brown.
