- 1 1/2 teaspoons turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne

- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 (400 g) tins kidney beans (rinsed)
- 2 (400 g) cans black beans (rinsed)
- 1 (400 g) can chopped tomatoes
- 1 (400 g) can indian tomatoes
- 75 ml cream
Directions

1Fry onions in oil until starting to brown.

2Add garlic and ginger.

4Add beans and tomatoes.

5Simmer 30 mins.

6Stir cream through just prior to serving.
