  • 1 can (8 Oz. Size or 6 Count) Flaky Biscuits, Or Make Your Own Biscuit Dough
  • 8 Eggs
  • 2 cups Meat Of Your Choice (pre-cooked, Or Use Deli Meat), Chopped
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

Directions

    Grease 6 individual sized ramekins and set to side.

    Scramble eggs over medium heat, adding salt and pepper to taste.

    Open biscuits and part them in half horizontally (or as close as you can get). You're going to do this in 5 layers.

    Layer 1: Biscuit (half of a biscuit, or a small amount of biscuit dough).

    Layer 2: Meat of your choice. I used sliced smoked turkey.

    Layer 3: Scrambled eggs

    Layer 4: Shredded cheese (I used cheddar, get exciting here!)

    Layer 5: Biscuit.

    Put the ramekins on a tray and place in the oven at 325F for 25-30 minutes.
