Ingredients

  • 5 packages ramen noodles
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large carrots sliced
  • 3 stock celery sliced
  • 1/4 small onion, chopped
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken
  • 1 choice of seasonings

    Boil water, add ramen noodles, set spice packets aside.

    Don't over cook

    Prepair the chicken and vegetables

    Heat oil in a wok or a deep frying pan
  5. 5
    Begin by adding the carrots to oil let cook until they begin to soften.

    If you add all the vegatables at once the softer ones will turn to mush before the carrots are tender.

    Add the remaining vegetables and chicken and stir until vegetables soften and chicken is thoroughly cooked.

    Add any salt, peper, etc at this point.

    Take ramen seasoning packets and add to warm water and stir until fully disolved.

    Add noodles and seasoning fold until throughly mixed
