- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 small bottle ketchup
Directions

1Cook roast until done.

2Cool; remove bones and fat.

3Save juice from roast; add 1 cup juice, 1/3 cup vinegar, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 1 onion, salt, pepper and 1 small bottle of ketchup. Simmer 2 hours or put in crock-pot and cook on low all day.
