  • 15 1/2 oz can of black beans
  • 15 1/2 oz can of whole kernel corn no salt
  • 4 oz ramen noodles
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp granulated garlic powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 small green onions, chopped

Directions

    Heat oil in pan, open and drain black beans rinse them off

    Open corn drain and save liquids set aside
  3. 3
    Add corn and beans to pan with oil let fry for 3 minutes stirring occasionally

    Add cup of water and noodles spices and liquid of corn let simmer till noodles are cooked and soft

    Take cornstarch and quarter cup of water mix well add to noodles to thicken add peas, garnish with chopped green onion
