  • 1 1/2 ounces gin
  • 1/2 -ounce simple syrup
  • 2 ounces half-and-half
  • *1 large egg white
  • 2 to 3 dashes orange flower water
  • Splash lemon juice
  • Splash lime juice
  • Crushed ice
  • Club soda
  • 1 lime wedge, for garnish

Directions

    Combine all the ingredients except the ice, club soda, and lime wedge in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.

    Strain into a Collins glass filled with crushed ice and top off with a splash of club soda.

    Garnish with the lime wedge and serve.
