- 1 package White Flour Tortillas, 8-10 Count
- 1/2 cups Vegetable Oil
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 dash Pepper
- 1 dash Ramp Salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Using a basting brush, baste both sides of each tortilla with oil.

3Lightly sprinkle the salt and pepper on both sides of the tortilla.

4Lightly sprinkle ramp salt on both sides of the tortilla.

5Repeat process with desired amount of tortillas.

6Place on ungreased baking sheet on middle rack of oven.

7Bake for about 8-10 minutes or until tortillas puff and brown, flip and repeat.

8Remove from oven and let tortillas cool on rack.

9Break into irregular sized pieces.

10Enjoy!

11The crisps can also be served with your favorite salsa.

12Note: if ramp salt is not available, onion or garlic salt can be substituted.
