  • 3 whole Chicken Breasts
  • 1 package (6-8 Oz. Package) Button Mushrooms, Sliced
  • 3 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped Garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 package (1 Oz. Packet) Ranch Powder Mix
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 6 slices Bacon

Directions

    Preheat over to 375 degrees.

    Marinate chicken breasts in 1 tablespoon garlic, lemon juice, 1 tablespoon olive oil and the ranch packet for at least 30 minutes.

    Cook bacon in a skillet then set to the side.

    Saute mushrooms in remaining butter and garlic and add a little pepper if needed.

    I added a tablespoon of the bacon grease to the mushrooms as well.

    You can saute this while you are browning the chicken.

    Brown the chicken breasts in the same skillet you used to cook the bacon.

    Once browned well on both sides, move chicken onto a cookie sheet lined with foil and bake for 10 minutes or until no longer pink in the center.

    Remove chicken from over and top each breasts with bacon, mushrooms and shredded cheddar cheese.

    Return to the oven long enough to melt the cheese.

    Serve with salad and veggies!
