- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 pkg. frozen tortillas
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic (if desired)
- Crisco
Directions

1Boil chicken and take meat off bones.
