  • 3 whole Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, Thinly Sliced
  • 3 slices Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 3 slices Swiss Cheese
  • 3 whole Kaiser Rolls
  • 1/4 cups Butter, Melted
  • 9 slices Microwaved Or Cooked Bacon
  • 1 whole Red Onion, Sliced Into Rings
  • 1/2 whole Green Pepper, Sliced Into Strips
  • 1 whole Large Tomato, Sliced Thin
  • 1 cup Lettuce Chopped
  • 3 whole Bread And Butter Pickles, Sliced Into Strips
  • 1/4 cups Ranch Dressing

Directions

    Generously coat a medium skillet with cooking spray.

    Fry chicken breasts 7 minutes on each side or until desired browness.

    Add cheese slices (1 cheddar,1 Swiss) to each breast until just melted.

    Remove from skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate and cover with foil to keep warm.

    Split buns and lighty butter.

    Skillet grill on medium high heat until lightly brown.

    Place chicken on the bottom half of a bun, top with 3 slices of precooked bacon, onion rings, green pepper strips, tomato, lettuce and pickle strips.

    Spread ranch dressing on the top bun and devour.
