- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1 small jar Pace picante sauce
- 8 flour tortillas
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 2 pkg. dry Ranch dressing
- 2 c. grated Jack cheese
Directions

1In large frying pan, crumble turkey and add picante sauce. Cook until turkey is done.

2Spoon meat into flour tortillas and roll them up.

3Mix sour cream and Ranch dressing together.

4Pour mix on top of enchiladas.

5Top with cheese.

6Bake in 350° oven for about 30 minutes.
