- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Magic Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 cup Renee's Ranch Dip
- 3/4 cup skim milk
- 1/4 cup cholesterol-free egg product
- 1/4 cup non-hydrogenated margarine, melted
- 1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Double Cheddar Cheese
Directions

1Heat oven to 425 degrees F.

2Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl.

3Mix dip, milk, egg product and margarine until blended.

4Stir in cheese.

5Add to flour mixture; stir just until moistened.

6(Batter will be lumpy.)

7Spoon into 24 muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray.

8Bake 15 to 20 min.

9or until toothpick inserted in centres comes out clean.

10Cool in pans 5 min.

11Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
