  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Magic Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 cup Renee's Ranch Dip
  • 3/4 cup skim milk
  • 1/4 cup cholesterol-free egg product
  • 1/4 cup non-hydrogenated margarine, melted
  • 1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Double Cheddar Cheese

Directions

    Heat oven to 425 degrees F.

    Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl.

    Mix dip, milk, egg product and margarine until blended.

    Stir in cheese.

    Add to flour mixture; stir just until moistened.

    (Batter will be lumpy.)

    Spoon into 24 muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray.

    Bake 15 to 20 min.

    or until toothpick inserted in centres comes out clean.

    Cool in pans 5 min.
