Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1 (1 lb. 15 oz.) pork and beans
  • 1 (15 oz.) drained kidney beans

Directions

    Brown beef; saute onion in margarine until browned.

    Add salt, Worcestershire sauce and mustard.

    Simmer 15 minutes.

    Combine sugar and catsup, add to beans and mix with meat mixture.

    Put in 2 1/2-quart casserole.

    Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
