  • 6 pork chops
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 1 large onion, sliced

Directions

    Cut all fat from chops and brown on both sides.

    In a small bowl, mix soup, Worcestershire sauce and ketchup.

    In an ovenware dish, place 2 or 3 browned chops, a large dollop of sauce and top with onion slice.

    Repeat until all ingredients are used.

    Bake, covered, 1 hour at 350°.

    Serves 4 to 6.
