- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. oatmeal
- 1 c. crushed cornflakes
- 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Stir dry ingredients together.

2In a mixer bowl, beat butter; add sugars and beat until fluffy.

3Add egg and vanilla; beat well. Add dry ingredients to beaten mixture.

4Stir in oatmeal, cornflakes, coconut and pecans.

5Drop from teaspoon 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.

6Bake at 375° for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool about 1 minute before removing to wire rack.
