- 1 pkg. RapidRise yeast
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 1/2 to 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 egg
Directions

1Mix 1 1/2 cups flour, the yeast, sugar and salt in large bowl. Heat water, milk and margarine to 125° to 130°; stir into flour mixture.

2Stir in egg.

3Stir in enough remaining flour to make dough easy to handle.

4Sprinkle a clean surface with flour; knead until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes.

5Cover and let rest 10 minutes.

6Lightly grease a cookie sheet and shape dough into a round loaf; place on sheet.

7Cover and let rise 20 minutes.

8Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes.
