- 1 cup Powdered milk
- 1 liter Milk
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 medium Egg
- 1/4 tsp Baking powder
- 3 Shelled & crushed cardamoms
- 5 Sliced Almonds (optional)
- 1 pinch Nutmeg powder
- 1 pinch Saffron
- 3 Whole cardamoms
- 5 Sliced pistacchios (optional)
Directions

1Pour the milk in a big pan,

2Add the sugar, part of the Saffron,+ the whole cardamoms.

3Bring the milk to boil.

4Meanwhile, combine the milk powder, oil, baking powder, the remainimg saffron, the crushed cardamoms &the egg.

5Mix well till it forms a nice dough.

6Make small balls out of the dough.

7As soon as finished making balls, put them gently in the boiling milk, lower the heat a little, so that the milk doesn't overflow & keep turning them gently, BE CAREFUL NOT TO BREAK THEM.

8When the balls start rising, lower the heat a little & keep stirring GENTLY.

9Cook for about 7-8 more minutes.

10Remove from heat.

11Transfer into a serving dish & garnish with sliced almonds & pistacchios.

12Refrigerate after cooling it completely.

13Serve cold.
