- 4 eggs
- 1 cup light cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla
Directions

1Lightly butter or spray pam in a 1 quart baking dish.Put rasberries in the bottom of the dish, using liquid from rasberries.In a seperate bowl, mix together the eggs, light cream, flour, sugar and vanilla, pour over fruit..lightly sprinkle sugar over the top. Bake for 25 minutes in 375 degree oven and golden on top and sides
