Raspberry Almond Butter Shake

- 1 cup almond milk I love using pure harvest
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries or frozen
- 1 tablespoon almond or cashew spread
- 1 banana i love overripe ones, they're much sweeter
- 1/2 tablespoon agave it's like liquid sugar so you don't need much!
Directions

1Add the almond milk, nut spread, banana and agave to a blender and blend until smooth.

2Add raspberries, blend until bright pink then pour into 3 glasses and share with your two favourite people.
