Raspberry Almond Butter Shake

  • 1 cup almond milk I love using pure harvest
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries or frozen
  • 1 tablespoon almond or cashew spread
  • 1 banana i love overripe ones, they're much sweeter
  • 1/2 tablespoon agave it's like liquid sugar so you don't need much!

Directions

    Add the almond milk, nut spread, banana and agave to a blender and blend until smooth.

    Add raspberries, blend until bright pink then pour into 3 glasses and share with your two favourite people.
