- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. butter
- 2 1/4 c. sifted flour
- dash of salt
- 1 1/2 c. raspberry or strawberry jam
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In large bowl, cream sugar and butter; mix in flour and salt.

3Press 3/4 of mixture into 9 x 12-inch baking pan.

4Warm jam slightly in microwave; spread over base. Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture over top.

5Bake for 40 minutes. Makes 24 bars.
