- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 (10 oz.) jar raspberry preserves
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, except raspberry preserves.

2Beat at low speed, scraping sides of bowl often, until mixture is crumbly. Reserve 1 1/2 cups of crumb mixture; set aside.

3Press remaining crumb mixture into greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.

4Spread preserves to within 1/2-inch from edge of unbaked crumb mixture.

5Crumble remaining crumb mixture over preserves.

6Bake in 350° oven for 42 to 50 minutes, or until lightly browned.

7Cool and cut into bars. Makes about three dozen.
