- 1-1/2 cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1-1/2 cup Quick Cooking Oats
- 1 cup Brown Sugar, Firmly Packed
- 3/4 cups Butter, Softened
- 1 cup Raspberry Jam
- 1 Tablespoon Powdered Sugar
- Powdered Sugar, Optional, For Sprinkling
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F).

2Combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in oats and sugar. Cut in butter with a fork or pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal.

3Press two-thirds of the mixture into an 11 x 7 inch pan. Once you have the crust pressed into the pan, top evenly with jam. Sprinkle remaining oat mixture on top.

4Bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool, cut into squares and dust with powdered sugar.
