- 3 c. flour
- 3 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen raspberries *
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. Wesson oil
Directions

1Preheat oven at 350°.

2Mix flour and cinnamon, soda and salt. Make well in the center.

3In separate bowl, mash thawed, drained raspberries with sugar.

4Add eggs and oil.

5Pour in flour mixture well.

6Mix well. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.

7Bake one hour.

8Serve with cream cheese or fruit butter.
