  • 1 7/8 tablespoons dark chocolate
  • 2/3 cup butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 2/3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 5/8 cup flour
  • 1 1/4 cups fresh raspberries

    Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

    Melt the chocolate and the butter in a bain marie.

    In a medium-sized bowl, mix the eggs, the sugar, and then add the mixture of melted butter and chocolate. Stir.

    Add the cocoa powder and the flour. Mix until the batter is homogeneous.

    Pour half of the batter into a pan lined with parchment paper.

    Put half of the raspberries, cover with the remaining batter, and finish with the other half of the raspberries.

    Bake 20 to 25 minutes.

    Take it out of the oven and let cool before cutting.

    You can serve it with raspberry coulis and fresh fruit.
