- 4 (4 oz.) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 c. sugarless raspberry jam
- 1/2 c. pineapple juice concentrate
- 1/2 c. low sodium soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 c. fresh raspberries
- 1/2 c. basil
Directions

1Combine all ingredients (only 1/4 cup mashed raspberries and 1/4 cup basil).

2Pour over chicken breasts.

3Refrigerate overnight or for at least 2 hours before cooking.

4Cook at 350° for 30 minutes.

5Garnish with 1/4 cup whole raspberries and 1/4 cup basil.
