  • 10 ounces frozen raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 cup ground almonds
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 3 eggs at room temperature
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • powdered sugar to dust

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 2-quart shallow round ovenproof dish with no stick cooking spray. Place berries in a large bowl. Sprinkle with flour and toss to combine. Scatter berries in prepared dish.

    Mix almonds and granulated sugar in a large bowl. Whisk yogurt, eggs and milk in a medium bowl. Stir into almond mixture until combined. Pour over berries in dish.

    Bake for 30-35 mins or until just set. Let stand for 15 mins on wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar and serve immediately.
