- 2 cups frozen raspberries
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions

1In a bowl, combine berries, sugar and water.

2Microwave until the fruit softens and the sugars start to foam. About 3 minutes.

3Add lemon juice then pulse sauce in a blender a couple times. Take care to not chop the seeds too much.

4Put sauce in a fine strainer and use a spatula to strain the liquids into a bowl. This may take several minutes. Keep stirring!

5Store the coulis in a squeeze bottle in your refrigerator for up to 1 week. Enjoy on your desserts and fruits!
