- 2 cups flour
- 12 cup sugar
- 23 cup butter, at room temperature
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 lemon, zest of
- 2 cups raspberry jam
Directions

1Mix the crust ingredients until they form a ball, trying to knead the dough as little as possible.

2Refrigerate for an hour.

3Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

4Roll out to 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch thick.

5Fit into a 9 inch pie plate.

6Cut whatever dough hangs from the sides.

7Spread jam over the bottom.

8Re-roll and cut remaining crust and cut out decorative shapes and strips to form a lattice.

9Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.

10Garnish with sifted confectioners' sugar.
