  • 34 cup butter (melted)
  • 23 cup raspberry jam
  • 2 14 cups packed brown sugar
  • 14 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 12 teaspoons baking powder
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 34 cup chopped walnuts
  • 34 cup coconut (Shredded or flaked)

    Crust: In a large bowl, combine cake mix and melted butter, mixing until well blended.

    Topping: Spread jam carefully over warm crust.
