- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg white

1Beat for a very long time (frosting gets stiffer and increases in quantity), probably about 15 minutes.

2I serve this with angel food cake.

3Cake can be frosted if it all will be eaten, but if not, I just pile some on each slice of cake.

4The frosting keeps well until next day in refrigerator, but it soaks into the cake if kept on the cake.
