  • 1/2 cups Boiling Water
  • 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 6 whole Ice Cubes
  • 2-1/2 cups Frozen Raspberries (unsweetened)

Directions

    Stir the sugar into the boiling water until dissolved. Add the ice cubes and stir to cool slightly.

    Divide the frozen raspberries into four lunch containers. Pour the syrup over the berries. Seal the containers and pack into lunches. By lunchtime the raspberries will be thawed in the syrup.
