  • 4 c. ground green tomatoes
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1 large or 2 small pkg. raspberry jello

    Grind and drain green tomatoes.

    Combine with sugar and stir well.

    Bring to a boil.

    Reduce heat.

    Stir occasionally.

    Cook 15 minutes.

    Remove from heat and cool for a couple of minutes.

    Add jello and stir until dissolved.

    Seal with paraffin or freeze.
