- 2 sticks butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 3/4 c. raspberry jam
Directions

1Cream butter; add sugar gradually.

2Add egg yolks; blend well. Add flour slowly, mixing well.

3Fold in nuts.

4Put 1/2 mixture into greased 8-inch pan.

5Spread jam on top.

6Pat remaining mixture flat.

7Cut into strips and place over jam.

8Bake at 325° for 1 hour.

9Cool completely before cutting.
