  • 1-1/2 gal. Hot water (160 degrees F to 180 degrees F), divided
  • 384 each raspberries
  • 1 pkg. JELL-O Raspberry Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin
  • 2 qt. plain nonfat Greek-style yogurt

    Dissolve lemon gelatin in 1 gal.

    Pour 2 oz.

    gelatin into each of 64 (5-oz.)

    parfait glasses (or into each of 16 [5-oz.]

    parfait glasses for trial recipe).

    Add 5 raspberries to gelatin in each glass.

    Refrigerate until gelatin is set but not firm.

    Dissolve raspberry gelatin in remaining 2 qt.

    Whisk in yogurt.
