- 2 whole chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed or minced
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. raspberry vinegar
- juice of 2 limes (3 to 4 Tbsp.)
Directions

1Halve the breasts; bone and skin.

2Flatten with hand.

3Melt butter in heavy pan over low heat.

4Add chicken; cover tightly. Cook slowly until it is no longer pink inside (approximately 5 to 7 minutes), turning once.

5Do not brown.

6Remove chicken and reserve.
