- 12 ounces raspberries, frozen 1 package
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 large egg whites
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions

1Put raspberries, sugar, egg whites, lemon juice and salt in large bowl with automatic mixer.

2Beat 15 minutes, volume will quadruple.

3In separate bowl whip cream and vanilla to stiff peaks.

4Fold into raspberry mixture.

5Put in a serving dish and freeze.

6Will be ready the next day.
