  • 12 ounces raspberries, frozen 1 package
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 large egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

    Put raspberries, sugar, egg whites, lemon juice and salt in large bowl with automatic mixer.

    Beat 15 minutes, volume will quadruple.

    In separate bowl whip cream and vanilla to stiff peaks.

    Fold into raspberry mixture.

    Put in a serving dish and freeze.

    Will be ready the next day.
