- 1/2 c. whipping cream
- juice of 1 lemon

1Beat first three ingredients for 15 minutes.

2In separate bowl, beat whipping cream and lemon juice until stiff peaks form. Fold into raspberry mixture.

3Freeze.

4Defrost approximately 1/2 hour before serving.
