  • 1 c. cream
  • 1 tsp. lemon extract
  • 1 c. fresh/frozen raspberries
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. oil

Directions

    Combine dry ingredients.

    In small bowl, mix cream, oil, lemon extract and eggs.
