- 1/4 c. oil
- 2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. fresh raspberries
Directions

1Beat egg; stir in milk and oil.

2Mix in remaining ingredients just until flour is moistened.

3Batter should be lumpy.

4Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.

5Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes. Immediately remove from pan.

6Makes 1 dozen.

7Any fruit may be used in place of raspberries.
