  • 1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 c. frozen unsweetened sliced peaches
  • 1/2 c. frozen unsweetened red raspberries
  • 1/2 c. Equal spoonful or 12 Equal packets
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. almond extract
  • fresh mint (optional)

Directions

    Place all ingredients in blender. Cover and process until smooth. Serve immediately in tall glasses. Garnish with fresh mint, if desired. Makes 4 servings.
