- 3 or 4 green onions (white part only), thinly sliced
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1/4 c. minced parsley
- 2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese (1 1/2 oz.)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 egg whites
