- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
- 4 to 5 c. raspberries*
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Spread raspberries in unbaked pie shell.

2Stir sour cream and combined sugar, flour and salt together, mixing well.

3Spoon over berries, spreading to edge of crust.

4Sprinkle top with 2 teaspoons sugar.

5Bake at 450° for 10 minutes.

6Reduce heat to 350° and bake for 30 minutes more, or until topping is lightly browned.

7Cool at room temperature; serve fresh.
