- 1 cake mix (raspberry)
- 2 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Grease 13 x 9-inch cake pan.

3Mix cake mix according to package directions on box and pour into pan. With electric mixer on low, mix Ricotta, vanilla, sugar and eggs. Spoon Ricotta mixture evenly over cake.

4Bake cake 1 hour.

5Cool and remove from pan.
